From the first day following the accident, 60% to 75% is covered by the public insurance (INAIL).
All workers, including posted workers, are obliged to register to the Construction Workers Fund (Cassa Edile) to deposit allocations for holidays and and 13th month bonuses (“accantonamento”).
The Cassa Edile provides also sector benefits for seniority:
from € 160 to € 1,200 per year (paid in April every year)
In addition, the Cassa Edile cover health and social assistance.
